HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order, all you have to do is browse admiralsports.shop, find the products you want, choose the size and colour you want, press the "ADD TO CART" button and then go to your cart in order to complete the order. Immediately after you send your order, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order and all the necessary information.

IS IT REQUIRED TO SIGN UP SO AS TO MAKE AN ORDER?

To place an order on admiralsports.shop, you can either sign up or continue as a visitor.

If you choose to sign up, your personal information will be saved so that you can make future purchases faster and easier, view your previous purchases and receive information about our offers and news.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel an order if it has not been completed yet or if it has not been processed and thus sent to Speedex. Otherwise, a return must be made. More information can be found on our "Return Policy" page.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY TELEPHONE?

You can order by telephone by calling at +302105576776 (int. 1) or +306956334970 for our mobile line. 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You have the ability to monitor the progress of your order from the moment it is delivered to the courier company, by filling in the shipping code in the field HERE.

HOW CAN I PAY?

At admiralsports.shop we offer 4 different ways of payment for your order:

  • Cash on delivery: Payment of the order can be made in cash upon delivery to your place by Speedex. The cash on delivery service is offered free of charge. The option to pay Cash on Delivery is only available for orders delivered in Greece.
  • Credit / Debit Card: You fill in your card details and as soon as it is confirmed, the order is completed. We accept VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Diners credit cards.
  • PayPal: Quick and secure payment of your order through the PayPal platform.

You must send us a copy of the bank order receipt or the electronic payment by email to orders@admiralsports.shop. Your order will begin processing as soon as the deposit is confirmed. The deposit must be made within 5 working days from the moment of the order, otherwise the order will be canceled. Transfer fees are paid by the depositor.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Greece:
For each order over 29€ you have FREE SHIPPING, while for orders under 29€ the charge is 3€. The cash on delivery service offers FREE SHIPPING in both cases. This applies to orders from all over Greece.

Cyprus:

For each order over 120€ you have FREE SHIPPING, while for orders under 120€ the charge is 20€.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

All products on the admiralsports.shop are in stock and are ready for delivery. In collaboration with Speedex, we send out your orders within 1-5 business days all over Greece and 7 – 12 business days for Cyprus, with a possible additional day delay when the order needs to be shipped to areas which are not easily accessible.

In periods of sales, offers and increased number of order shipments, the processing, shipping and delivery time of orders may be significantly increased, up to 10 business days.

Speedex makes deliveries daily from Monday to Friday (except holidays) and from 09:00 to 17:00.

In case you do not find the size or color you want in a product, you can contact us at info@admiralsports.shop and we will inform you on the availability.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER FROM AN ADMIRAL STORE?

You can also choose to pick up your order at one of the 117 Admiral stores located throughout Greece, which you will choose during the last stage of your order. Once your order is received from the store, you will be notified via e-mail or phone and you will be able to pick it up by displaying your ID.

If it is not received, it will be returned to our warehouse and you will be notified of a new shipping date, with a possible shipping charge.

In order for the order to be picked up from a store, it must be paid electronically/online (via Credit / Debit Card, Pay Pal or Bank Deposit), and therefore cash on delivery is not available and in store payment is not an option. The products in an order are not available in the store and are not available for immediate pick-up, but are priced and shipped from the e-shop warehouse.

CAN EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT IN A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOUR?

Recognising the nature of shopping from an online store, admiralsports.shop offers you the first exchange for FREE, when it is the same product and the problem lies in the size and/or fitting of the product. This option is available for orders in Greece

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN ANY PRODUCT OR THE ENTIRE ORDER?

You can and have the right to return a product or the entire order within 30 days from the date of delivery, without being obliged to notify us of the reason.

ARE THE PRICES IN THE STORES THE SAME WITH THE ONES ON THE E-SHOP?

The prices of our Admiral, Kappa, Maui and Starter products are the same in the stores and our online store, except for some potential promotions which can be valid either only in the stores or only in admiralsports.shop.
